Frequently asked questions
You can book a lesson from our booking page. Lessons can be paid for online or in person before your lesson starts.
The cost of each lesson varies, depending on the selected package. You can view all packages and their prices here.
Our vehicles are automatic but we can teach manual in your car.
Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows
You are permitted to cancel or reschedule a lesson more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the lesson. If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your lesson, you will be eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel or reschedule a lesson within 24 hours of the scheduled commencement of that lesson, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Certain circumstances out of PRE Drive's control may prevent the delivery of a service. If this is the case, we will honour a full refund or will allow the service to be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Refund Policy

All refunds will be deposited into that account that was used to make the booking. It may take up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed and the funds to appear in your account.
You can pay via PayPal or Credit Card online, or in person with Cash or Credit Card.
