1. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided by you in relation to your booking is complete, accurate and current.
    

2. Your booking becomes effective once you click 'confirm booking' and reach the confirmation page.
    

3. PRE Drive Pty Ltd can not guarantee that the information presented on this site is complete and/or accurate. We therefore exclude liability in the event of loss or damage created from errors on this site. PRE Drive Pty Ltd limits liability for the use and resupply of information on this site, except when liability is able to be excluded by law. 
    

4.  PRE Drive Pty Ltd may modify or remove any service offered on this site at any time, without notice. 
    

5. All prices on this site are subject to change, with or without notice. PRE Drive Pty Ltd is not liable for any damages or loss relating to these changes. 
    

6. Payments must be made on this site via Credit Card or PayPal, or in person prior to the scheduled lesson. Payments made online may incur a processing fee.
    

7. All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). 
    

8. PRE Drive Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate any lesson if:
   - Your instructor deems your driving skills insufficient and therefore unsafe.
   - You fail to follow the instructions of the instructor
   - You fail to meet the requirements of your license (e.g wearing glasses)
   - You engage in any sort of dangerous behaviour
   If your lesson is terminated for any of the above reasons, you will be liable for the full cost of the lesson and will not be eligible for a refund.
    

9. You must be ready at the pick-up location (or agreed meeting location) 10 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement lesson time. If you do not show up at the scheduled commencement time, your instructor will wait for a maximum 20 minutes. The instructor may at his or her discretion deduct this from the lesson time or decide to not proceed with the lesson. You will not be entitled to a refund under these circumstances and will therefore be liable for the cost of the lesson.
    

10. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your personal belongings are taken with you after your lesson. PRE Drive Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage to any personal possession.
     

11. PRE Drive Pty Ltd may allow lessons to take place in your own personal vehicle. If a lesson is to take place in your vehicle, you must ensure that you are covered by compulsory third party insurance and that your vehicle is covered by comprehensive insurance.
     

12. PRE Drive Pty Ltd will do everything possible to help you pass your driving tests or assessments but we accept absolutely no responsibility for the result of any assessment or driving test.
     

13. PRE Drive Pty Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. 
     

14. These terms and conditions do not exclude or modify any consumer guarantees that are provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). PRE Drive Pty Ltd therefore excludes itself from all liability (except from any liability that cannot be excluded by law), for damages (including, but not limited to) damages for any loss or personal injury, whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or exemplary, as a result of the use (or inability to use) the PRE Drive website, or any of its services.
